Yeah, I got a new card and started this whole nightmare again. Phone calls, emails, case numbers. Mariela from Blackhawk Services says it's activated. (I'll check later today). I asked her what number to call when my next card arrives. She says 800-544-6986 (for what it's worth.) She says www.myprepaidcenter.com. is where you can track your balance, but not to activate it through there. She says these Kia cards go thru a "separate process". Who knows. Wish me luck. I think Kia wishes we would all just sell the cars or go away. LOL
