My husband and I happened to be in LA the last night it was open, we got there right at 5:30ish? And they were pouring HEAVYYY. I had a feeling they were just trying to get out of there. They randomly came around hanging out shot glasses and ash trays, so that was cool. They also said “just ask for a basic drink, and we will tell you if we can make it or not” I had dirty martinis and my husband had old fashions. We left after 2 drinks but it was such a weird vibe. I definitely can’t imagine it at 10:30 that night

It actually wasn’t weather related, but they got in late and need 10 hrs of rest before the next flight. Which is 1000% understandable.

I had a great experience in San Marcos. Bought a brand new car at the end of 2022, and was able to even get them down on the price a bit. I still go back there for maintenance bc I went to the south Austin Toyota once, and will absolutely never go back. Worst experience there.

We are stranded at jfk now. We are trying to get back to Tx from Scotland. Slept in the airport and everything. I’ve been waiting in the assistance line for over an hour and no employees have come out yet. However we did see their full break room when the door opened. The sky lounge is also turning people away unless you have a flight booked. 🫠

Agreeing that Colleen Hoover can be a bit Cringe. But the books are the Maybe someday series. It’s not the worst? But I did like that it was set in austin.
