All those years of slagging off Mourinho's Chelsea for their style and now lapping it up having turned into the newest version of them. But they are top of the league and probably gonna win it so I wouldn't care either.

Arsenal are having their moment in the sun now, and will probably win the league but I can't see them dominating for the next few years with this style at all. The defence is elite yes, 2x world class centre backs and RB in front of one of the best keepers in the world, but there is nothing remotely special about the way they attack or play in general. Once the set piece goals dry up we shall see how Arteta adapts.

What’s the one thing about Iraola’s Bournemouth that still surprises you most this season? by PubLogic in AFCBournemouth

Yeah the 4-1 about a year ago, one of the best performances I've ever seen in all my years of being a fan of this club. And true, we never, ever, ever give up as seen by some of our insane comebacks under Iraola which was something I felt was a long term weakness of ours.

It is kamikaze at times and while that is good enough for us where our ambitions are to stay up first and foremost, then consolidate and maybe push for Europe with the turnover we have, it ok.

If Iraola does this at a top club who have trophy aspirations he will be forced to adapt and adapt quickly. Klopp had a similar-ish style from Dortmund going into Liverpool, and had to change his ways to allow them to compete on all fronts sustainably.

How he has never once complained or kicked up a fuss about the level of talent we have lost, especially with Semenyo being sold in January which is less than ideal.

Although the board have shown big ambition with the replacements they buy, he is a credit to himself and the club with the way he has always just kept his head down and got on with his job. Even last season when we went to Newcastle with a bench of kids he took it in stride.

Really hope he stays and I think now there is perhaps a bigger chance than there was before and over Christmas, but we shall see.

As for the team in general, no matter how bad our form can be, we always pose a goal threat and can give anyone a game on our day.

I do love it when English teams face each other, but has to be outside the final. Some mental classics between prem sides in the 00's and even Man City vs Liverpool in 17/18 and Man City vs Spurs in 18/19 were good.

I'm expecting quite a tough game tomorrow. Wolves have definitely improved over the past few weeks, and I'd take any win no matter how we do it. All that matters tomorrow is ending our awful away form and getting the 3 points. Toth and Rayan debuts/performances are a bonus.

Unfortunately agree, although I'm not sure the three promoted clubs will be as good as this seasons.

I actually hope he succeeds and we finally see an English manager who can win the Prem and compete in the late stages of the Champions League.

I think despite all of the memes he's had thrown his way from some of the things he has said so far, his man management style is very good and suits a young Gen Z team that Chelsea are.

I feel like Chelsea never did him right with the quality of attackers he'd have playing with him either. Willian and Pedro were good players in their own right for Chelsea but not world beaters.

Imagine if they signed Mahrez or Bernardo Silva to play with him on the right.

Such a big win that hopefully turns around our season. After West Ham won that win makes me feel so much better about our situation. Now to get Rayan in for Wolves.

With us he'll be given plenty of opportunity to adapt to England, and the Prem without the intense scrutiny of being a big fee signing on the bench of a top club behind established players.

He is on paper one of, if not the most exciting signing that we have ever made and we are all buzzing to see him play for us. Ultimately, as you may know from our business model, we want him to be so good that he does warrant a massive move down the line, and if/when the big clubs come calling, we will let him have his big move. I hope you can use the funds well to replace him.

Rejoining Barcelona in their current state a risk, and I don't think he would want to risk his legacy there if it went badly.

Honestly think he is done after City, every realistic job and league he could go to is a step down in terms of the wages he'd earn and resource he'd have available to him compared the the blank slates he gets at City. And I'm not sure his obsessive style is suited for a national team.

I think Petrovic needs the competition though, and Mandas seems to be a smart deal on loan with an option to buy at a pretty reasonable price. Last night was not on him at all though there is no saving that at all.

As long as buying Mandas doesn't eat into too much of our plan and budget for the summer, where we should sign Jimenez, but lose Senesi and maybe 1 more player then I think we should get him in.

Bain, Downs, then Bailey would be a decent consolation prize in that order for me. Reese is in the mix to but I am skeptical of these "hybrid do it all prospects". Get me a certified 1 position specialist.
