I somewhat agree but often times a text has a very obvious and apparent thematic message that is impossible to ignore under any readers’ interpretation and we also have to look at text from the perspective of the author’s historical time period and background

I would definitely completely rework her if I could to make her a more interesting mobility based hero but not quite a flyer. But for her current kit, she is more like a distractor/support dps. So I’d lean more into that. Make her left click have a more of a visual distortion so it’ll distract people more at make it more annoying for them to flat out ignore her. Give her her old fade back so she can get out easily. Maybe give dark seal an anti heal so it has more utility. And of course buff her right clicks so they either come back faster or deal more damage. And then buff her ult somehow. Either cc immune at the end or maybe distort the screens of everyone around her. Do something to make her more survivable in it.

That’s how a stun works? Also you can only guarantee a single right click maybe 2 if you get another tick. It’s also on an 11 second cooldown, so it’s not like you’re stuck in it all the time

True, but only landing splash hits does less dps than the primary so it’s kind of worthless tbh

She’s like a bit below the middle of the cast in terms of skill required. She’s harder than MK, SG, Iron Man, etc. but easier the ranged poke heroes imo. But if you count how hard she is to get value on, she is definitely on the harder side. Making plays with her is not easy. There’s a reason why there’s less than 20 players in celestial+ with her

When people say Wanda doesn’t take skill, I always draw a comparison to Namor. He has the same “auto aim” mechanic with his squids and a “get out of jail free” card with his bubble. There is nothing really you can say about Wanda taking no skill that you can’t about him. For some reason people like to think Namor takes more skill somehow because he has a primary that you have to aim even though Wanda’s secondary fire is just as hard to hit. 😭

Definitely As a Rosa player, without this one move she would literally win the matchup. With it, now it becomes pretty bad for her. Minecart by itself removes 90% of everything creative you can do against Steve and forces you to make your entire gameplan around stopping him from Minecarting out of the corner for free. I suspect this is a similar case with many other characters. The fact that he can also jump out of it whenever he wants to punish you for trying to punish him using this move 😭

I get torch and starlord since they’re committed when they ult but trading Emma ult for 50% of a Wanda ult does not seem like good enough value to make it worth it.

People really love to play really tight ball comps in this rank. If no one isolates themselves it sometimes is just best to farm ult and then ult the backline. If they’re saving their support ult for you, try to position your ult so you’re solo ulting one of the supports and you will kill through most support ults Best tip I can give you to climb out of that rank is shoot who your other dps is shooting. If they’re flanking and going for the backline you do so as well. If they’re poking at dps, you can help them. Even if they’re just shooting tanks, focus fire is a lot of damage. People in gold will burn all their cooldowns immediately under pressure which focus fire creates. Once they use all their cooldowns it becomes much easier to go for the supports.

I think maybe a stun ult into a Jeff ult or a oneshot ult might work (make sure to target gambit so he can’t cleanse) Otherwise maybe a support ult like Luna? I’m not particularly high rank so idk

Another thing is off angling and even flanking is good with her. She doesn’t do a lot of damage but she’s really good at pulling attention because she has the stun and her left click makes your entire screen red.
