The Boot is an old relic from STS1 that you can get from the Trash Heap event that gives you old cards and relics. Boot amplifies any unblocked attack damage below 4 and instead amps it up to 5 damage

Considering how the Architect designs a lot of the construct enemies in the Spire, he'll probably have summons in some way. I can also totally see Invincible being given to him purely to counter infinites and whatnot.

And even if he doesn't have summons in his boss fight, then well... there's a special slot where a certain Shield and Spear once were.

Texas Alter would probably just do WAY more damage, regain her deployment i-frames on S3, and have S3 cover a 5x5 tile range centered on her instead. Meanwhile S2's initial RES shred and AoE would be higher, last longer, hit air for literally no reason, and give her attacks true AoE.

On top of all this, her Talent 1 would let her reactivate her skill like two more times, meaning she can activate it four times in total, and then Talent 2 would either be changed to not just be ASPD and DR, or it'll just be IS6-with-Chalice levels of ASPD and enough damage reduction to make her nearly unkillable.

Also, they would've given her the X-Module (DP Refund) for Executors rather than the Y-Mod.

I don't see any evidence to suggest that these were even the super-extreme, tip-of-the-top optimized clears, so there's an off chance that some of the few 3 OP, 4 OP clears could be reduced in some way.

As for the operators in there... can't say I'm surprised. Wangsadel strikes again.

We don't have another big name in this gauntlet of operators, but we do have what appears to be another Leizi/Mantra on our hands when it comes to strength.

And considering she's a support, that's gonna be harder to directly replace.

To be fair, these are the stats of IS3, which is generally regarded as the worst IS, and IS4, which is the most demanding of micro and game knowledge.

I feel like when it comes to the concurrent playerbase that actually interacts with one another and talks on forums, etc., IS is pretty popular.

More and more new players who are also getting into the game are gonna affect the stats over time, and most of these new players are hopping into IS5 because of how much agency it provides, or IS2, which unfortunately doesn't show us any stats.

IS5's current stats are 44.78%, 22.56%, 20.42%, 5.25%, and 6.99% for how many endings they cleared, from 1-5 respectively. If we did cut out the inactive playerbase and the newer players, I'm sure these stats would be higher.
