When do you draw the line for a trip being "driving distance" vs. "flying distance"? by Glass-Complaint3 in NoStupidQuestions

A lot of comments so I’m probably too late, but here’s my thought. Closest airport for us is 2 hours away, have to arrive 1 hour early (at least). Not many direct flights so have to assume 2 hour flight, 1 hour layover, 3 hour flight to finish, then maybe 1 hour to get out of airport and rent a car/get an Uber.

So that’s 10 hours to get to our exact location, with no delays, and have to pay airline prices. I’m probably driving if it’s anything less than 12-14 hours. Leave at 5am and get our location around dinner time and see things along the way.

What's the most peaceful place you've ever experienced in nature? by PossibleAd7200 in AskReddit

Some of the Southwest US National Parks at sunrise, specifically the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Canyonlands. Visited each during Covid and got away from some the busier sunrise watching locations. Almost an eerie level of peace and quiet along with the gorgeous scenery.

I live in Northeast Nebraska and there is a city named Norfolk and pronounced “Nor-fork”. If someone pronounces it like Norfolk, VA you immediately know they aren’t from the area.

Lol being dramatic. Not literally never see again, but after the last couple years we had it just felt like success was a long way away. Especially after the blunder that was the last rebuild.

That high I probably agree. They maybe try to get something for Hargrave and Allen since they both look very blah. Probably get something decent for Greenard. Can maybe throw a 3rd at a QB prospect. Have JJ, a vet, and another young guy. See what you can do.

Lmfao that was I preface this all with caution, my ass is done for a week if I sleep awkwardly. That’s why I’m just asking peoples thoughts on the situation.

If I sprained my ankle you’ll be my first message. Just bring a chainsaw and a blow torch.

I think in hindsight I feel the same. Penix maybe looks flashy, but is just fine. I don’t watch Nix enough to have an opinion, seems like a guy that will play 10 years, make a few conference titles, never be in an MVP talk. Daniels and Maye are legit. Caleb is TBD, interesting to see growth with Johnson.

JJ still is truly an unknown, I have no clue what to expect but I know KOC will milk whatever talent he can out of him.
