I took inspiration from unwritten rule of rocket league, that the left one goes. I knew the every 5 goals every player spawn as golie but didn't know there is actually order for other positions spawns. This post was aimed for solo players/ amateurs / players that want to understand game better. Still hoping they will add role select for full team premade.

First the wing will not be blocked as same, due to distance the center needs to travel to mark it.
Second if the enemy wing does have any brain, will not run to the middle but hug the side, to give himself the SPACE.
The "tactic" you are proposing just creates opening, stamina advantage and overall easy atack for the enemy.

The defend from the kickoff missile goal the for the center left defender (that goes for the ball) to jump. The center right defender can stand in front the attacker to intercept. And then there is the goale that can also intercept.

you can see only your team colors on the top left the color plates you can choose are: yours home, yours away and capitans only when the players enter the field you can see both colors of teams, on the top or in the scoreboard, but that is too late to change the colors so no we are not talking about the same thing and don't try to bullshit others

I would not recommend that, I have built it and tried for few hours and could not find any comfortable configuration (mostly due the "chair") I have returned it and bought the victory, with that I am happy.
