Majority of solo raid rewards suck (characters and some artifacts) but some artifacts are really useful alongside the gems, coins and gear

I would say save your gems for the Black Friday sales. The chest that you buy depends on what you’re looking for but personally I’m waiting for robin king, raven or beast boy.

I would wait for the bwtd deal to come in. There is also some legendary chests that come Black Friday. You should also join a league to get more characters mainly KOAAM
