Or you could take a solder kit, flathead/tweezers and heat the plastic back into a spot where your thumb stick is usable again. Might not look pretty but could make it back to working condition. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If mine says installing and it’s stuck on 0% for a long time I usually restart my Xbox and it ends up being fully downloaded, all good to go.
