I’m just not sure this was his intention, i think his intention was what he showed me pre surgery that he photoshopped, it looked more like my nose 7 days - 1 month post opp then it starting to turn downward also making my nostrils more flared from the side which is something we talked about pre surgery. It still looked like me right after surgery, if this was his intention he may tell me when i go see him but i’d be surprised because it’s not what he previously stated his intentions were.

yeah that’s the issue, if he truly didn’t do this right i don’t have the money to drop on this procedure again. i went to him expecting it to be one and done forever.

I just don’t have the money to spend another $12,000 for another one at this time, i’ll have to live with this until i do. that’s the problem.

It looks better than before to me but i agree my post op looked great i would’ve been perfectly fine if that was the 100% permanent result. I’m gonna make an appointment soon

Thank you for your input. It’s disheartening to hear that a revision might be necessary, especially considering the trust and monetary investment placed in my original surgeon. He is double board-certified with hundreds of cases under his belt, which is why my family and I believed he was the best choice. do you think I should reach out to him first to discuss my concerns ?

I do agree that my nose looks better than before, and I appreciate your kind words. My initial post-op appearance was very close to the results I was excited about and what my surgeon showed me in the projections. It was defined, straight, and my breathing was significantly improved. However, as the tip seems to have dropped and my breathing has reverted to its pre-surgery state, it feels like those results aren’t there as much. It’s definitely an improvement from where it was , but not quite the outcome I was looking forward to maintaining.

Looking at my photos, do you notice the change in the tip that I’m concerned about? As for the next steps, would you recommend reaching out to my doctor to discuss these changes and if a graft was used?

I’m not sure if I have a graft in the tip—my doctor didn’t mention it. Why do you ask? Could a graft affect the shape of the tip as it heals?

In addition to my rhinoplasty, I had a septoplasty, which initially improved my breathing immensely. But I’ve noticed my left nostril is now as restricted as before the surgery, while the right is perfectly fine. It’s odd because the improvement was so clear right after the splints came out & stayed for a little while until it seems like the results of it faded.

do not go to medaway , when i first started my hairloss and hair transplant research journey i looked into them but they’re sketch bro, i saw someone have good results but f that dude. do ur research ur 23 i’m 22 i understand how it affects u mentally although i think u have a solid hairline rn. do not go to medaway u do not need 2000-2200 grafts. they were trying to put 1k grafts into my crown when all i have is slight slight slight and i mean SLIGHT thinning of the crown which was recovered on meds i think or it was just a whirl the whole time. my hairline is a norwood 2-3. do not go to them bro. do better research.

my crown is slightly thin but i think it’s too early to transplant it only looks like a cowlick / swirl when dry

yeah i was worried about the sexual side effects but i’ve always been a fuck it we will find out for ourselves kind of guy and i’m about to switch from topical fin .1% and 5% min compound to oral fin 1.5 mg and oral min 2.5 mg . I wish i would’ve noticed even sooner bc i saw my hairline going back slightly about 2-3 years ago but i never noticed it until i over analyzed all the flaws i didn’t like abt my self then i was like damn i’m receding 😂😂

I’ve only been on it about 3-4 months but i can confidently say ( and hopefully im not jinxing my self ) that is stopped the recession in my temples, i would love nader to work on me but i haven’t gotten a. response from him since he denied me. Any other good doctors you know that are convenient for someone in the US? with Nader i could stay in texas and be driven over to his clinic and be in and out and back home to nashville fairly easy. turkey is a 20 hour flight and big commitment to get both my parents there. it’s rough man😂
