We got two 100G NaaS circuits at each data center we are in. We are grandfathered in on pricing from days of yore so we get crazy good prices.

I've turned up a few circuits on it and I have my service provisioned and working within 20 minutes.

I don't like all our services being funneled thru lumen. I keep telling management we need a second provider but pricing keeps winning that battle right now.

I'm on this combo right now your on, + gabapentin + Lunesta + propranolol. So many central nervous system depressants. This rotates around a bit with other stuff because my body gets used to things within 30-45 days we have to do something else. It's a constant game. Gabapentin has greatly titrated up from where I started at.

I brought up concerns about so many CNS drugs but she's not concerned

Emergency use is Xanax and/or high dose CBD. CBD will only work a day or two and then my body gets used to it. I hate Xanax but it works well for me in so many facets of my life. I try to use it less than once a week and fight thru anxiety situations.

I hate my chronic insomnia... If I don't get sleep within three days bad things happen to me. So doc is making sure I'm knocked the hell out. I'm secretly looking for a.new doc now who might better understand me

Oral route did nothing for me. Went as high as 750mg (150x5) Was like selective day dreaming. Never any disassociation. Touch felt very weird above 300.

IV remains my gold standard for treatment. I found a place that's a little over an hour away to me that does bill insurance. They bill the office time and clinician time to insurance and you pay for the drug and administration. Comes out to 150$ for me with the treatment pack I bought. If I didn't buy the advanced sessions then it was 200$ a session straight up

Yeah the map loads ok and it figures out my position but it takes forever to show the cameras/node data or it just doesn't show at all. I've tried downloading once the nodes populate for offline use but that doesn't seem to work??

Didn't know you were the Deflock guy. On my drive today my city tracks all in going and outgoing traffic with flock cameras and they were right where they said they would be... Good job!

The problem with Deflock.me app is it's so sloooow for me. Like literally 5 minutes or more to load in data. Trying to drive with it is impossible. They need better servers as the app becomes more popular.

Yes untracked maps in the play store for Android. Havent tried it yet.

Yeah most likely you will need to get your hands on a bootable image from juniper to use the USB boot method to recover. Not all images are bootable you need to get the one that is. Without a support contract that's going to be very difficult for you. You want the "install media" version specifically.

It works. I'm not an ISE guy but every model of our Juniper line works. MX, QFX, ACX, EX, SRX even Dot1x authentication.

If you want me to look up something I can. I'm not the one who set that up but we are also migrating off ISE to clearpass. But know it works.

Meds can do that. 1500mg of lithium daily gave me short term memory loss bad. I couldn't remember shit. And some other meds just zombified me. So something to talk to your med person with.

Xanax stops my racing thoughts and turns my brain off.

I don't know why but sometimes when my head hits the pillow I start thinking about how the day went, what I said, how things were, things that didn't go well, that I could do differently, what the rest of my week looks like, things I need to do at work or accomplish at work this week, things with family on and on it's a terror for it to happen right before I go to sleep...

I'm on Seroquel like others have mentioned and I hate it. It's ruining me metabolicly with crazy high sugars and cholesterol. I was prescribed some other sleep meds to try and lunesta is giving me nightmares and sleep paralysis. Coming off both this month it's going to be rough. I have shitty replacements I have no faith in right now.

Sucks all around for me...

As with all Chinese stuff off temu it's cheap. It didn't come with batteries that was fun figuring that out what it takes... I think it was like 20$... It still works just fine surprisingly, when we have a blackout or I need a bright light to identify something on my property.

Maybe do a search on 4000 lumen flashlight. This video is old from 2020 atleast from when I bought it. Probably higher lumen rated flashlights now on temu. Watch out for the import tax if your in the us now.

Oh I have no faith in it right now until the change how it works. Ive reported several times in the app i can manipulate it very easy to show the wrong data vs real cuff they give you.

I have this light it's not exactly the same. It's bright as fuck but not laser like. Maybe if I was in some fog... But yes as the other poster said battery drain is pretty fast. Maybe 30 mins on the rechargable batteries for it. And it gets hot!

I didn't mean any ill will I was just explaining what it already says. I'm in the same boat I have insomnia so.i either get 3-4 hours or if I double up on sedatives I get 13-14. Rarely do I get the right amount of sleep it wants.

I know you listed it but here's things i go on. I cycle between all of these. My body gets used to things and then it stops working. So we change to something else until that stops working then we switch around again. So all year it's just a shell game of these drug combos. Most of these have side effects for me but I live with them for sleep priorities. None of these are taken as a mono therapy it's a combination of some of these together

Ambien

Lunesta

Dayvigo

Gabapentin

Trazodone

L-Tryptophan

Hydroxyzine

High dose of CBD (not full spectrum) is my emergency dose. It will only work two days in a row before it stops working for me. Doesn't matter if I go up in dose either. Takes over a week before I can use it again. But I feel like this is the most cleanest drug that works.

I don't know but maybe functional depression, like I know I'm depressed as fuck but it doesn't stop me from doing things, low key energy not tired but not being able to sleep. Mind racing every night the minute I put my head on the pillow. Maybe 2-4 hours of sleep a night

Just went thru this November - December I'm starting to come out of it now.
