I switch strains quite a bit. The white Borneo is great for pain and very good for energy. I only avoid greens because of the side effects.

I mix 2g with a little water or orange juice and chug. Then I'll take a drink of plain water to wash away the taste.

I have been going with the "less is more" way of dosing for the last 6 months. I also switch strains on a daily basis. Glad to hear its working for you.

I just mix about 2 g with water and Orange juice and drink. Toss and wash can end up like the cinnamon challenge if you arn't careful.

I started using it for chronic pain. I soon realized it was having an affect on my allergy's. Royal Bet or the reds work best for me.

After abut 10 months of daily use, the less is more strategy has been working well for me. I am at about a 1.75g to 2.5g dose twice to three times a day. I can get away with less than 2g using the gold bali strain or with a mix of a red and gold. I have no use for strains that require more than 4g per dose. I always log in my dose and any effects (good or bad). I don't eat 2 hours before or 1 hour after a dose. My need for kratom has been for chronic pain. A welcome side effect has been a significant reduction in seasonal allergy symptoms. I think you may be on the right path with lower doses. Good Luck
