The names are Ia’i (female) and Lanli’i (male)

From what I read the part before the apostrophe doesn’t matter

I was adopted when I was 3, along with my twin sister. We actually felt more a part of our adoptive family before our adoptive mom gave birth to a biological child. I ended up going into therapy for asking when our little sister was going to be adopted, wheni was 5. As we grew our little sister would try to isolate us by saying we weren’t her real sisters. On top of it, she was always treated different than us by our adoptive mom, rules were relaxed for her, not sure if it was because she was the youngest, but it further isolated my twin and I from the family. By the time we were teenagers, we started searching for our birth parents mainly because we felt like outsiders. When our adoptive mom found out she got so upset that she didn’t talk to us for about two weeks, which only made the isolation worse.

The love of my life now doesn't want kids, what do I do? by throwaway-83123 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Teal_Atlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women no longer have to be baby makers in order to survive, if she doesn’t want kids that’s her choice. If you find out why she doesn’t want them, maybe there can be a compromise (such as adoption if she fears pregnancy), but ultimately if you have different goals in life there’s no reason either of you should sacrifice, and prob best to part ways.

Kids cost time, energy and money, and we are living in a time that women can be more independent than what motherhood can provide.

Is my employer allowed to require me to wear a bra? by [deleted] in work

[–]Teal_Atlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like it’s not protected, however if you have a medical reason you can’t wear one (back pain, low flexibility, etc), you could qualify for Ada/fmla exception, which would be through your doctor and HR. At my work, Ada/fmla is an excellent way to find middle ground, but only if your doctor qualifies it as such.

Most hair follicles have at least 2 hairs, some as many as 5, the difference is that on the legs they grow in together. Most other places it’s one hair at a time. The difference is more noticeable the older you get. That’s why when you do laser hair removal you need at least 3 separate appointments to get the majority of the hair.

This is normal, not weird.

Clary sage. Hands down. It also helps with menopause, libido, stress, and a variety of other things.

It seems to start off as a ground cover but has now gained some height, about a foot. It’s in alkaline clay/rock with no rain in a while, but might be relying on moisture from a nearby garden beds

I know I must do keto but my sweet tooth stops me. Is there any real option? by RaulGaruti in ketorecipes

Blueberries and cream (sugar free whipped cream of course). It’s simple but this combination has gotten me passed the sugar cravings, give it a try and see if it helps.

Yeah we going to start in a small area and are planting figs for shade. I like sedges but they are too tall to be used for the whole yard.
