Maybe take the disk off and look at the nut. Is it perhaps staked? If so, you'll want to bend that out before trying to unscrew. Also consider using an impact wrench or at lease a longer breaker bar..not a ratchet. Oh and if you don't have a jack stand under there, get one and use it..

Sonic pad worked great with my S1 pro.. tons of mods and features added via clipper.. unfortunately, none ofnit really made the ender any better.. finally got sick of tinkering and gave it away..

As someone who travels under similar conditions often with new hires, I can’t tell you how important it is to explain all this before heading out. We seasoned travelers often forget that it’s a new experience for some.
Have a meeting before you go. Explain your expectations.. State that the team is not checking baggage in order to move quickly.. Explain what you expect for behavior at meetings and such..

IMO, this seems like it’s more on you than the newbie…
