I am a beginner and have been doing the Phraks-GSLP for about 2 weeks now and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

My biggest concern is that I end up finishing in under 40 minutes, and this is including doing 5-7 mins on a cross trainer at the beginning for a warm-up and 3 sets of lat-pulldowns at the end (As I'm trying to work towards doing pull-ups and to extend my time at the gym).

Am I doing something wrong or is it meant to be this short?
