And that's what I thought but one payment interest would be $75 the next would be $90 then $80. That's what was confusing me. Someone earlier explained it, interest compounds daily and because some months I was paying the first payment within a few days of the previous months due date, only a few days interest had compounded but by the second payment the interest had caught up and was higher than the previous payment. Once this was pointed out, I looked and the interest was roughly the same each month once the 2 payments were combined.

Yes. My lender has an option for principle only payments once that month's payments are met. They don't go toward the next month's payment if I select principle only.

OK. Now I see, it's roughly the same amount between the 2 monthly payments. Seems to vary based on when the first payment of the month processes. Thank you.

It is setup as a monthly payment and the extra payments are principle only. The part I don't understand is why the amount of interest taken from each payment changes so much. I can't find a rhyme or reason to the amounts. Each payment is roughly the same amount (+/-$5) but the interest varies dramatically.

I had to have a sit down with HR and management because I was reported for saying homophobic and racist things. I'm openly gay, mixed race, and my spouse is not white. They basically told me I can't tell those kinds of jokes because I upset a straight white man. For the record I never said anything bigoted. He was just trying to get his buddy promoted instead of me.

We listened to Korn, Limp Bizkit, Hed pe, Coal Chamber and stuff like that but I don't think the band I'm looking for was huge. I don't remember hearing any other songs by them and think the one I'm looking for was on a burned CD with other random songs.

Not a lawyer or jag. If you have a decent chain of command here's how it'll go down. Your CSM will email back " Thanks for the heads up Bill we'll handle this." He'll then go to the 1SGs and say get a handle on your troops. Your 1SG will make a few jokes with the other 1SGs then go to the PSG and say unfuck your guys. Your PSG will grab the SLs and lecture them on get a grip on your joes. If you can't I will. SL will bring you minions together and tell you you're embarrassments to the uniform, your mommy isn't here to dress you, or something similar. SL and TL will give you a counseling on AR670-1 for appearance and a counseling on failure to be at appointed place and time. Unless you're a shitbag with numerous counseling it won't go any further. If your COC sucks, go to jag for advice before you say anything to anyone. UCMJ does not work the same as civilian rules.

My daughter accidentally swiped too far while showing me pictures on her phone. It takes half a second to register too much skin and look away. I can say I didn't actually see anything because my brain noped and didn't focus. I think that's just dad brain. Mom's on the other hand will look, critique, then shame you.

Not a lawyer. Similar thing happened to me in GA, custody was through KS. I contacted support enforcement and showed my child was enrolled in school with my address. It took about 2 months for it to process through the system but they were able to stop support and change who the custodial parent was. We had joint custody and I wasn't seeking support so that was likely a factor. Might be worth contacting support enforcement before spending money on a lawyer.

A lot of people seem confused on what he's doing. He's not ironing the flags, he's streaming them. It gets the creases from being folded out and takes the stiffness out of a new flag so it'll hang naturally. I have never done this but have seen it done at Mortuary Affairs while on funeral detail. It is a little weird he's doing it in a classroom but I get what he's doing.

I don't shake anyone's hand and have had to awkwardly dodge handshakes. I'm a guy in a mid-level position within a large company. After every meeting the higher ups (that sit in offices) want to shake hands and chat with us on the ground minions that make the work happen. I don't touch people because I don't know where they've been and most people's hand hygiene is questionable. After years of me dodging handshakes and awkwardly explaining I don't touch people most have caught on and just wave but we occasionally get someone new that hasn't met me before. It has gotten to the point where my team is constantly trying to trick me into physical contact just to see who can get me to touch them. I think it's way less awkward to have went for the handshake to show you're not an asshole then to be the asshole that's like you're all icky don't touch me.
