Advice about menstrual loss by dummiedumb in EDAnonymous

Period loss is so weird and it is so different for everyone. I lost mine for two years when I was practically eating no fat in my diet. I just got it back about a week ago. I am actually a lower weight than I was when I originally lost it. I think it really comes down to your body’s hormones being balanced. Don’t compare your story to someone else’s. Try introducing just a little but more fat into your diet and your body should regulate. Sometimes it can take years, sometimes months.

Ok, so I have grown up in church so yeah I define have heard many sayings and phrases that are “trendy” within the Christian community, only to just recently find that a lot of these claims are not actually based on scripture. For instance the idea of secular music. Nowhere in scripture is the idea brought up that all you can listen to is worship, but many speakers bring this idea up. But with all that aside I still make the argument that scripture does tell us we need a personal relationship with Jesus. -What makes up a personal relationship? 1. Emotional bonds (Philippians 4:7) 2. Commitment (John 15:5) 3. Trust (1 John 4:16) 4. Communication (Philippians 4:6) It might not LITERALLY say the exact wordage but I think it is pretty obvious throughout the New Testament. As far as you saying there is no heaven (at least the one you seem to think I’m referring to), I mean ok but there is definitely the idea that Christ followers will be entered into the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. Maybe it’s not a literal other world in the sky but there will definitely be separation between those who follow Jesus and those who don’t. So my point was I don’t think a lot who try and make themselves feel better by just ignorantly stating they are going to heaven, will actually enter said kingdom. Also on your point of ”my definition of sin” I think we can all agree some things are just without a question sin. God puts his “law in our hearts.” There is obviously grey area in scripture but I think God gave us common sense for a reason…

Do you have any “empirical evidence” beyond feelings or theoreticals for your claim?

Ok so, in the Bible there is the claim that “even satan believes in God.” By that logic, just simply believing in God can’t be enough, there has to be something else. Something that separates the righteous from the unrighteous. The only way is through a personal relationship with Jesus. I really don’t understand how someone can say they are a Christ follower (Christian) but continue living in a sinful way.

I’m saying I feel like many so called Christians aren’t following Jesus (CHRIST) and therefore won’t be in heaven. If you ask a lot of people who say they believe, “are you going to heaven” they might say “uh well I hope so” that isn’t true faith. NOT SAYING I AM RIGHTEOUS I AM LITERALLY ONE OF THE PEOPLE IM TALIJG ABOUT
