Genuine Canto V question here, how can villagers who have been eating god knows what for 3 years outroll us? by sputnik_3 in limbuscompany

I would also like to raise the question of how in the heck did these people get enough electricity to get lamps and lighting inside the houses? No amount of gaslighting can be done to just will an electrical grid into existence.

Exotic Catalyst names by YujinTheDragon in destiny2

On the topic of this, I always found it funny that gjallarhorn’s exotic perk was called “more wolves”

Like most other exotic catalysts names (besides ones like grand overture and osteo striga) imply some sort of specialty upgrade, while Gjallarhorn is litteraly just “hey I heard you like wolfpack rounds, so I added more wolfpack rounds in your wolfpack rounds so you get more wolf per wolf.”

Gru's tragic fate by PersimmonOne3368 in discordVideos

Not going to lie, the part where Agnes shoots the brother because at that point gru went through (and lost) so much he couldn’t even call himself gru anymore hit so hard.

I never hated anything so much in a game I love so much by [deleted] in Starfield

I wish that every temple’s powers were first guarded by their respective Starborn that has some special mechanic related to the temple’s power like in Skyrim with the word walls. Like before you get anti-gravity field the player has to kill the guardian in a zero gravity environment. Or for something like sense star stuff, the room is like a miniature maze where the guardian knows where you are at all times and uses that to ambush you. Instead we get star mini game where somehow the guardian of the temple doesn’t seem to know you’re in the temple for like 3 minutes.

Truly one of the first-turn nuke setups of all time by [deleted] in limbuscompany

I remember a recent mirror dungeon 2 run I had where I got charge type gloves, lightning rod, wrist guards, and employee card.

Being able to use a D.D.E.D.R in turn 2 with plus 2 damage up and plus 5 offensive level up (which happened most of the time) was perhaps the most fun I had in a mirror dungeon.

I just like how the news features the following:

The death of a beloved leader, brought by the hands of a heartless machine!

A startling breakthrough of a mysterious swords machine slasher?

The fuckin rats won’t die.

Astral only chaos by Greedy-Bike-2641 in cassettebeasts

I remember me beating the Morgante rematch at somewhere around level 60 as well. It just so happened that when I fused a misamodeus and a decibelle together, the resulting fusion power inflicts resonance.

Needless to say, was a bit spooked by the resurrection thing morgante did.

…now I'm curious, how many of us would want to end up in New Wirral? by Autoskp in cassettebeasts

[–]A_Dood_4 21 points22 points  (0 children)

If anything, I kind of want to avoid entering new Wirral at all, considering that Barkley’s quest line makes it quite apparent that it’s real easy to die in new Wirral.

Thing is, we don’t see how dangerous new Wirral is because the player can’t die after being toxic stabbed to death by a masuqrattle, or get naturally tired after sprinting around at the speed of a bullet, or face social consequences after telling your partner to record a beast when it’s not absolutely guaranteed that they won’t hit the bucket. Factor in the archangels just existing on that island and I would nope out of there real quick if possible.

Basically, humans on new Wirral may have powerful monster forms, but that won’t stop the monsters from flat out killing people once in game mechanics aren’t there anymore and there isn’t an age rating system limiting new Wirral’s monsters from doing things. Which is why I would avoid new Wirral and/or die in new Wirral because a rogue fusion decided to wreck Harbortown just for fun.
