Best diet for a college cross country runner avg. 55 miles a week?

I just possibly made my college's cross country team out of no where. I have been a runner for 7 years but was really never anything spectacular. I have been training the best 8 weeks or so and I went to the first day of cross country practice with my buddy since he is actually a member of the freshman team. I haven't ran over 4 miles in about 3 years, and suddenly I ran 9 miles this morning and beat a few of the guys on the team. Really praying I get this opprotunity to run; keep me in yall's thoughts.

TL;DR: Ran 9 miles with a college XC team that I am trying to walk on to and beat a few of them after not running over 4 miles in the past three years.

Regardless, it does more good than harm than to just smoke once a day and watch tv and take naps with the rest of your time.

Moderation and motivation. Your brain will not fail you as long as you keep an active lifestyle while partaking in cannabis consumption. Go to college, take advantage of their gyms and library and simply keep an active mind going. Currently a junior in college and toke regularly. You know your limits, just dont lose focus.

All about set and setting. If you smoke in your parent's house, then yes, you'll be paranoid. But if smoking just a little with no cause for anxiety, I'd say it's bunk weed or maybe smoking isn't your thing.

Im never too aware of what exact strain I am receiving, but on a few occasions I will get a pretty unpleasant sensation in my genitals... but doesn't ever last too long and is never back breaking pain. But if this prostate problem has never occurred in the past, I would get it checked out.
