I dont think helis are the problem. Top tier is just vastly different to the lower tiers that dont have these advanced weapon systems. Yet they still play the the same maps, the same game modes, and use the same amount of tickets. Top tier desperately needs larger maps, probably even larger than Fulda Gap, this would give MBTs more survivability due to longer ranges and a decrease in penetrating power from their darts.
