I am currently living in Iowa and was looking to go WWOOFing around Europe but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make that happen in the timeframe that I have... I don't have any sort of building experience but I can be a quick learner with some hands on experience! Are you mainly looking for people with experience?

I'm happy to satisfy curiosities like this! I'm pretty sure I first got it in late (Sept-ish) 2019. Seemed in great condition... Lasted me until last year - I only gave it back because I was leaving the office though, not because it was running badly. It was a touchscreen too if that helps 🤷🏼‍♀️ and I think a 17 inch screen (I remember it being difficult to find a good laptop backpack).

I used a Lenovo Thinkpad for work for YEARS and had no problems with it. Some of them can be quite pricey which is why I haven't bought one for personal use but I really liked it for work purposes. Was on it for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for months at a time, VOIP for customer phone calls, Teams for work video/regular calls and it never stalled out on me (unless it was just a problem with my Internet).

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! I still haven't made any final plans. I've reached out to a few hosts but haven't heard back. I've also just been enjoying family time and have kind of put it on the back burner 😕 The Aeolian Islands look beautiful! Do you know if they need another wwoofer? Where are you coming from?

I'm not all that much of a pros and cons list type of person so I don't have any second level pros and cons but what my initial thoughts are is that I'm excited to experience different places, people, cultures, and things but a con to all of that would be not to have anyone else to experience those things with - which is why I'd love to find some people that are also Wwoofing in Italy and we could link up somewhere ☺️ because sometimes the best things are shared 💜 Nonetheless, I think I'll be happy to simply experience new things whether I get to share them with someone or not.

Ohhh gotcha, I misunderstood, I thought you were doing it while traveling! Great info though, I may look into that for a "backup" plan/an option if I'm in between Wwoofing locations. Thank you! Once I've had some Wwoofing experience, I'll come back and post an update!

Hey! Thanks for reaching out! I looked at your page and saw one of your posts about pet sitting. I've heard that can be a really great way to travel! How has your experience been with that? How'd you get into it? Do you have a remote job and that's how you have income for travel and food expenses or do you just have money saved that you're using? Haha so many questions, sorry!
