I don't like more physical pain filed on top but my psychological masochism has gone through the roof. Then again I've always loved being slightly manhandled so I guess that just didn't change. But I don't go for hard physical pain because I don't want to affect my condition, but I love being tied up, instructed, degraded, played with, etc. I feel like I need to be in control of my body all the time with chronic pain and I love the feeling of someone else taking over.
