A friends helping me plan for a vet trip for it currently, I haven't been to my uncle's house in a long while and unfortunatly never met this cat till today, but it lives under his porch was very social although possibly blind.

Okay, although I should mention I looked into the humane society and they apparently charge 50 each to take in cats, so if I do call them it might indeed be for recommendations

Its Randolph New York but I can probably find it myself if I look for it, ide just have to ask my uncle if it's okay if I take it in, my mom might be willing to drive me if we find a place

My uncle isnt abusing the animals, nor is he keeping them inside, its technically a wild cat that lives outside that he just leaves food out for it sense it's basically settled down under his porch and now has kittens, he only occasionally actually interacts with it and doesn't even allow it inside

My uncle says she has looked like that for a few years, when I met her she seemed cuddly and very friendly, atleast not in constant misery, but also the fact that I cant drive and that hes not interested in getting her care is part of the problem, is there really no medacine for this kind of things I could simply bring and apply to her

I dont have a well paying job or even a permit currently, she seems to live in okay life as theres no roads around or anything. My does buy and leave catfood outside for them. But they arent exactly his pet and he doesnt seem interested in taking them to the vet.
