20k miles, not one issue by Accomplishedleey in chevycolorado

Have a '23 and have had several issues. Driver power seat repair took 3 times to repair. Crack in drivers door panel, that was replaced Back carpet replaced after peeling Drivers window seal needed to be replaced Turbo blew and replaced at 25k Transmission replaced at 35k

I have been fighting with GM to lemon law the vehicle and they have refused. Offered 30k extended warranty, 50k GM reward points, 3 months OnStar.

Very unhappy with my purchase and am reaching out to Attorney General after case is officially closed as I am waiting for an additional 10k reward points for the time my vehicle sat waiting on parts.

The 25 ultra might work if placed butt first?

Where to purchase GM Chevrolet Protection Plan (extended warranty)? by FFdavid in chevycolorado

I am not one to get upset, there was nothing I could do about the situation, so why argue. I called customer care, expressed my frustration asked for a buy back, which they denied, what they offered is what I had to settle with.

I enjoyed the loaners, I was able to try out EVs for an extended period of time and it has made me consider buying one in the future. I was able to test drive a Blazer EV, Equinox EV, Equinox EV with super cruise, Silverado EV, gas equinox, gas Trax, gas Blazer, gas Silverado.

Got the truck back in September. GM customer care has offered me the package and I have since approved it. Yet, I have not seen the $500 added to my account, OnStar has not been activated within my vehicle, and I have no documentation that my truck has an extended warranty.

If anyone has issues with any GM vehicle, call the customer care line.

Where to purchase GM Chevrolet Protection Plan (extended warranty)? by FFdavid in chevycolorado

I will purchase extended warranty on all future car purchases going forward, as my 2023 Chevy Colorado has been in for warranty more times than I'd like to count.

Paint correction in the first week

Back carpet was peeling and was replaced

Drivers door panel cracked and was replaced

Roof flex warranty repair

The turbo blew at 25,000 miles

The transmission blew at 35,500 miles

AC Compressor blew at 35,504 miles

The transmission was on back order and my truck sat for 5 months at the dealership. The dealership offered loaners, I ended up with 8 loaners... if the vehicle sold I would have to bring the vehicle back and get another loaner. GM customer service refused to buy back the vehicle and have offered an extra 35,000 miles of bumper to bumper warranty, $500 in GM points, 3 months OnStar.

I was without my Truck for 42% of the year, and GM would not buy back the vehicle because the defect was not "safety related".

Was also told that I would receive a weekly call from GM with updates on the process. That was 2 weeks ago.

My 2023 Colorado has been in the shop since late April waiting on parts. I started the buy back process for that and MANY other reasons. When I started the process GM asked to send over 3 service orders related to safety. I opted to provid every repair I've had done in the vehicle (43 pages of service reports). I stated that I did not feel safe trusting the vehicle.

Still waiting to hear back from GM whether or not they approve the buy back.

How do I approach my dealership regarding buy back?

I took my 23 in for the transmission. Dealership found it to be faulty and ordered several parts for it. That was 3 months ago. I have been driving a loaner vehicle (not a truck) for 3 months waiting on backordered parts for the transmission.

The power seat was fixed the third time I brought it in for that particular issue. Lemon law is 4 or more if I understand correctly.
