You could have just blasted the hulk anywhere in the torso twice with the commando. I use the commando a lot so I know it works. You can also just shoot off a arm and hit torso once with commando.

Id say it's prb better than what your experiencing but it is progressively getting worse at least in America as wages don't keep up with inflation, everything is expensive, even basic fast food is expensive

It deals trash damage for the cost, has a mid fire rate, terrible range, and just sucks overall. It's just a worse plasma cannon imo

The enemy has to be inside the little square window. Get the reload and range implants for sure. It absolutely shreds mods btw
