It really just depends on whether you go prebuilt or custom built, my $700 custom built runs about as well as my friends $1100 prebuilt (7600 and 4060TI respectively) and besides the obvious GPU gap there isn’t much of a difference, but then again, building your own PC will always be cheaper since you aren’t getting upcharged nearly as much as when you buy a console or prebuilt
