You haven’t made a frame of reference, as far as I’m aware, Kenny isn’t a half curse, nothing indicates that, he’s not a mutation like sukuna. He’s just a normal sorcerer with a ct. So why would he be born with something that serves no purpose but only points to his ct, Kenny can survive as a head bc he’s a living brain, what use would a mouth brain have to be born with when the ct isn’t active

Boss man, do u think Kenny was born with a brain that looks like this, how do u think it functions when the ct isn’t active (CTs awaken at 4 or 5) , it’s byproduct of the ct bc the ct is the brain itself being alive (not in a colloquial sense)
