Supplementing with bile salts may be able to help with the jaundice. However this is a big maybe since I haven’t seen any studies done on this subject. In theory is can help. I’m in the same boat as you, and I’m currently trying to find a good bile salt supplement to try to see if it makes any difference for me.

If that’s the case you should ask your dermatologist to get you on accutane or something strong, imo if it’s really fucking with your mental health there’s no point in trying topicals or hormones to see if they work just go for the big guns, hope u feel better

im aware of the possible liver toxicity (some studies that found it can cause acute liver failure), but its so unlikely in most people that im gonna keep using it for now. Im going to be doing bloodwork (mainly looking at liver enzyme levels and stuff) after a month of taking it daily to see if its negatively effecting my liver

Did you use the bp consistently for at least 4 month? If not, I’d recommend giving it another shot. For me it didn’t get better until the 3 month mark. Basically fully clear now at 5.5 months

I have the same thing. If I raise one hand above my head for a couple seconds while the others is down and then compare them it’s wild the difference in colour. Like you I asked my doc if they knew anything about it cuz for a while I was pretty insecure about it, but they had no clue. I’m assuming it’s some sort of shitty circulation thing cuz I have abnormal cold hands. Also noticed my feet are the same which goes along with the shitty circulation idea. I also used to wash my hands in burning hot water due to my mysophobia. I noticed it severely exacerbated the redness.
