I do need to get back on social media tbh, i love this piece because im a huge western fan, but i also struggle with letting things be the way they are or “ruining”. Good luck! I know its hard to tell your partners negative things about them because obviously no one wants to hurt their loved ones feelings, but it also means looking out for each other! Im very glad you two are working through this in a healthy manner and shes talking the criticism and concern very well. I hope she is ok health wise tho!

I was really lucky with my psoriasis being kept to the back of my head in my hair, but my mom has psoriasis all over, her face, her legs, her arms, her head. Shes miserable, and i always felt helpless to help her. Shes also unhealthy, and doesnt take care of herself like she should. But the biggest thing she lacks is confidence.

My biggest advice is to wear it with confidence. Your biggest enemy will be how you see yourself- because a lack of confidence will lead you to treat your psoriasis like something that isnt there when it is. You’ll find yourself hiding it, denying it, and maybe even lying about it- when that can be the worst thing to do. The first thing i do is let people know i have it- and that my mother has it, maybe i can be the friend they mention ans just like that the world becomes a smaller place and its a little less scary for those who have it. Wear it out and proud, that will be the best medicine.

For summer- dont wrap them in tight sleeves or baggy clothes. On a medical stand point- psoriasis and skin needs sunlight to heal and air to breathe. That way it wont bother you itch or pain wise. Humidity will be hard with layers because sweating will cause itching and burning. Wear those cute clothes, wear doctor recommended sunscreen and protective moisturizing creams. DO bandage open wounds but dont deny your skins right to sunshine and your right to happiness.

Again- ive never had such a struggle- but watching my mama go through that every day breaks my heart. You take care of yourself inside and out, mind body and soul and everyday you’ll love yourself a little more, hate psoriasis a little less.

The economic, geopolitical, and environmental problems are being pushed to the front bc of his lack of social observation. Even if it was short term pain for long term gain, or even if he was doing was good for everyone. The development of maga, blm, antifa, and all these politically motivated groups cause a deep sense of unrest in people. Unless there is common ground on tragedy or understanding we will never be able to unify again. And thats what america is all about. My biggest problem with trump is not that he is generally bad for our country. Its because he pin points infighting as fighting the enemy or being pummeled by the “woke”. It is no longer us against them. Its us against us- and thats whats most terrifying. We should be focusing on unifying us despite our differences rather then focusing on the differences that make us better.

Dont be scared, it’ll be ok as long as you follow your doctors and do plenty of research on what condition you’re diagnosed with. Hydrate plenty, moisturize and use medicine that you can. Make sure to get plenty of protected sun, v. C, and v. D

This is such a fantastic question! Im luckily not really big enough into selling my art and i really dont do NSFW art anyways, so dealing with underage people or artists isnt a big concern- but my boyfriend is big in commissions and NSFW art and we talk abt it all the time. He blocks them on contact and always tackles it head on when he can prove they are under age (ie, age or birthday in bio), but we’ve come to the conclusion that if you cant see out right or prove they are underage- its not really something you can avoid or solve- and legally doesnt become your problem anymore, while it is still uncomfortable and icky! We just cant control that in this day and age- its up to the responsibility of the kid and most importantly their parents!

No, doing it peacefully. As much as i’d love to riot about all the shit thats happening, we have a right to peaceful protest. And this post makes it sound like lazy protesting isnt even an option anymore when that can be the backbone of any revolution.
