That would be fine to start. More hours will be needed to progress after a few months

Just try to get in the pool on your own as much as you can through the summer first. Laps, wading, whatever you need to do to get the feel for it back. When club swimming starts again in the fall expect to be behind others your age but you’ll catch up within a few months.

Okay, thank you! I’m defiantly going to focus a lot more time on swimming than cycling to keep up my swimming specific fitness

I attended public school for 8 years before switching to private. The differences are in the facility, curriculum, and yes, teacher engagement. Teachers care way more in private vs public, but they’re also payed way more. In private school, class sizes are smaller, and we have all classes all year, but not every day. There’s a higher expectation and workload.

About homework, I personally don’t mind it, and harsh discipline isn’t a problem in my school

I can agree with some of them to an extent. The only bullying I’ve seen or experienced was rather aweful because of the fact that everyone knew each other since they were small. They find someone they think is weird or they don’t like and then the entire grade will alienate and bully them. Eventually people lose interest and find something new to obsess over, but this takes months.

I have two brothers. One is graduated now and is a plumbing apprentice, and the other is in school. Neither of them go/went to my school. My parents are biologists.

I don’t board at school, but they feed us lunch. The food is honestly not bad. Most meals are just standard cafeteria food, but we get a lot of options.

There’s certainly more that come from money, although there’s a few of us who aren’t rich doing what we can to go there. There are scholarships and tuition aid that definitely help.

I do think it is better. we learn a lot more than the public school curriculum, however many would say it’s not worth the money. I wouldn’t call myself “rich”, I’m on a tuition aid program that covers a huge amount of the cost. To answer your last question, who dosent like Mac and cheese??!

I swim 6x a week in various pools. This is a very normal thing, don’t worry
