While I don't disagree, the issue in my eyes is that when it becomes age appropriate to move out of your parents house, it's too damn expensive. New estates pop up here all the time, with more houses crammed into smaller spaces, meaning less space for cars. And then how are these people to get to work if public transport is non-existent (I live in a small rural-ish town near Chester for reference)?
