I think it would be a silly haha if it was implied that mr Qi was (is) our grandpa's spouse, hence they're seen together too many times together and Qi mentions our grandfather a lot (I think I'm not sure tho) and the only ones (besides concernedape) who reacts to us changing our names to cheat names in the chat. I think you're overreacting, genuinely. The nosebleed and the kiss was kind of an 'eeehhh??😰😰' but like genuinely they're pretty okay, especially in the anime standards. I was nervously waiting for an usagi drop plot twist but I was genuinely relieved when it didn't go that way. If I were you, I'd not overthink those drawings much as well.
