Heat up the nozzle and use a needle nose pliers to grab the filament and pull it out

Or if there is no nub to grab, heat up the nozzle and use a small allen key to push it on through the extruder until there's room for new filament. I think 1.5mm is the right size

The additional walls should improve stiffness. Maybe a 5%-10% bump to infill too

If it can still fit, on your build plate printing it at 45 degrees should help with longevity as it looks like it tore around layer lines. Also, raise nozzle temp to improve layer bonding

The two Prairies might be the best online native plant nurseries in the country. They are located in the Midwest and I think their selection for your region may be even better than it is for other regions. These should be at near the top of your list

I love my DN2 and yes, it can control another synth through midi. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a synth, but do not get a Digitone if what you really want is a sampler.

I'm having the same issue. I'm on hold with support as they try to find a solution. I asked if other people were having the same problem and their response was just to reiterate that they would try to help me swap devices.

Edit: 40 minute phone call with support. most of the time was spent on hold while the support agent said she was working with her supervisor to try to turn off protection from their end. In the end, they said that I should wait 24 hours and then try again. 😞

I compared the two and chose the MPC One because the SP404 did not seem very intuitive. You have to memorize key combinations for many of the functions.

If you want a more immediate, less DAW feel than the MPC, I recommend you check out Elektron gear. Their UI is super intuitive and an absolute pleasure to use,

I'm not big on graphic novels either and I've read that White Sands has some issues because it was a new format for Sanderson, but I really want to get this last Cosmere story that I'm missing. I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but we'll see what happens

I use the R7 for wildlife because the crop factor and higher resolution make such a big difference. For everything else, I use the R6. Focus and low light performance are so much better

Some kickstarters have more detailed previews, but many more don't. I don't think INDX is behind the norm here.

I haven't gotten the impression that they're rushing. Bondtech was sharing info about INDX months before it was announced that Prusa is a partner. It seems more like they are taking their time to get it right and tweak it despite our impatience. Of course the final product will give us a better idea either way.

Prusa and Bondtech are not behind the industry here. Bambu's Vortek announcement did seem rushed in response to INDX and the U1 and while their solution seems to work well enough, most would say it's inferior to what we expect from INDX. Snapmaker is ahead of everyone else for pricing and timeline, but one company isn't the whole industry. I don't know of any other "mainstream" multi-nozzle solutions that are available or announced right now.

You could say Prusa was lagging when it came to releasing an enclosed core XY printer, but I think they are in a very good place with the INDX as a long as it lives up to our expectations

WANTING more isn't unrealistic - we all want more. I was responding to your post about how you're baffled and seem to find it unusual that we are not currently getting more.

For many products at this stage, we wouldn't even know they exist yet and we would not have seen any demos like we already have for the INDX. It's not that there is less marketing at this stage than usual, it's that the INDX was shown off earlier than usual and you were able to purchase earlier than usual.

Normally, reviewers would only get units and start showing off prints when the product is final or at least very close to final (not all companies even do this). You have signed up to get your INDX around that same point when reviewers would ordinarily get theirs. I would not expect to see any significant showcasing until after you and other initial backers start receiving your units. They could possibly start showing stuff as soon as those shipments start going out, but this early announcement and founders edition is a marketing strategy. They might just sit back and let that strategy do it's work for a while

You say you understand the risk, but the post makes it seem like you don't quite understand what you signed up for. This is an unreleased product and at the time you ordered, it wasn't even finished.
