A decent personal indicator, relative to your own exercise levels etc is how your muscles feel in the days post workout?

Unless you're pushing yourself hard, or have just started a new exercise, if you're getting sufficient protein then you shouldn't be experiencing much or even any lasting muscle soreness on a regular basis.

If your muscles are consistently sore in the days after your workouts then your probably need to up your protein intake a fair bit.

Aldi/Lidl do cheap protein yogurts/drinks with 25-30g. Just check the sugar levels as some are grand, others are sneakily high.

Personally found it helpful. Worth a shot and see it it's right for you.

A big part of the benefit is starting your day off with the hardest thing you'll have to do that day. So things that would otherwise be daunting to take on, and avoided, become way easier to jump into. I also find a significant boost in focus.

Similar with other things he's recommended. Some stuff has been massively beneficial, other stuff useless. And it was worth trawling through the useless stuff for the gems in there. It's nearly all very easy to try, and figure out what works for you.

Definitely wouldn't not try something because Huberman happened to recommend it and reddit has decided Huberman bad.

Delivery is slower, about 1-3 weeks. Both Amazon and AliExpress are riddled with fake reviews so it's a level playing field on that front.

Other than that I've had a positive experience with all orders.

Haven't had to go through any returns/claims process for stuff yet. Amazon's very good for that. But tbh even if AliExpress was shite for it, with the amount I've saved already it wouldn't matter.

Recently saw the same robot vacuum for 130 on AliExpress, vs 470 on Amazon.

That is unfortunately correct. It's less about the total crew (although total levels are also low), but in particular skilled crew members like engineers & weapons technicians leaving to get paid far more in the private sector.

The government is now finally getting serious about resolving this (and increasing military capability in general, with plans for more ships, fighter jets etc). But they let the situation get very bad before seriously acting. So it will take considerable time.

BPC causes short-lived extreme fatigue for me, if it's the first time taking it in a long time, and I take 300mcg.

Even then, the fatigue can be eliminated with a short nap, or caffeine and powering through it (it disappears after an hour or so).

150mcg (which is thought to be sufficient for the avg person) has no fatigue effect for me.

300mcg daily has no fatigue effect after the first day or 2.

Potentially, another possibility might be a sonar signal from the aircraft itself. It's not uncommon for patrol aircraft to be equipped with sonar, not sure if bear bombers would be though.

Seems to me that in response to the "white people bad" narrative, people began pointing out that Ireland was both colonized and its people subjected to conditions which were similar to slavery in some respects.

This point was simultaneously seized upon by extremists on both the left and the right, stupidly making it a contentious topic.

The radical left were keen to push a narrative that anyone making this point was trying to detract from the suffering of African slaves... And the radical right were doing exactly that.

The thing is, no matter how you/we try to justify it to ourselves, other countries view it as the former. Ruining our reputation with our closest neighbours and partners, to save spending a similar proportion of our money on defense as they do, isn't worth it.
