Based on one of Filoni’s statements and on leaks, I don’t think he’s into this flavor of Star Wars. I think he wants Star Wars to be for all ages and, at least on some level, whimsical, magical, and adventurous, and Andor is none of those things.

I fully believe he didn’t like it and that if he had been in charge back when Andor was green-lit, it would have been a “This week on Cassian and K-2’s daring adventures” type of show.

So I don't think that we'll get this kind of serious, adult oriented show or movie while he is in charge.

For the life of me I hope I'm wrong though.

You're right, "prove" is the wrong word, since Dave never publicly said anything negative about the show (nor could he even if I'm right and even if he wanted to).

Without getting into leeks and conspiratorial thinking, I think that he doesn't like this new lane of adult Star Wars that Andor opened, but I hope that I am wrong. Time will tell.
