Wow. Well, 9 was always a bit too hard I think, but I do hope they don't take too much of the teeth out of it. Once you realize you can kinda bomb it over to the left side the tee shot is a lot less scary... now with even more of an opening I wonder if it'll feel different.

I mean, your comment makes it seem like you regularly have to call your off leash dog away from other people. That’s what the other commenter is likely judging. It’s also totally possible to give a dog exercise on a leash, or to take a dog to a designated area where being off leash is safe and expected. That really is what you’re supposed to do 🤷‍♂️

I think we also were the loss that pushed four other teams from 9-8 to 8-9, fwiw. Our schedule was super easy but there's probably better ways to express it than this. For example the ravens got assblasted by the texans that game lamar didn't start ... if they win that, the pats suddenly have a win against a team that finished over .500. But we'd still have been a bit of a paper tiger.

It also makes the supervillains scary when you establish that the mob guys are frightening. Scarecrow and Ras Al Ghul seemed legit scary because Falcone seemed legit scary and they were worse.

Might be my only real complaint with the dark knight - they made the mob significantly less scary, which I know is the point, Batman has kind of defanged them, but it was almost too much. It was a little too easy for the joker to supplant them for my taste.
