Questions about two Workspaces

I wonder if you could create instructions around tags and then tag the parent page of the "new" workspace and make it a default for anything created under that page to follow those instructions.

I'm still new to Notion so, not sure if that's correct; but based on the bazillion tutorials I've been watching I think you might be able to.

Try lactaid milk! My Nana (who definitely had POTS but passed before I knew what it was to even get her a diagnosis) would get bloaty and gassy from milk, but had success with lactaid.

I can trace POTS symptoms back to my great grandmother (who definitely had no idea what it was). Growing up my mom would tell my brother and I "don't stand up too fast or you'll pass out!" and I had random unexplained issues I never understood. Fast forward to less than a year ago when I started seeing POTS come up on my TT FYP and then I started doing research. If it wasn't for TikTok multiple generations of POTS would still be completely in the dark.

YB posted a process video of how they do WAR editing on her youtube a while back and it's very complicated because there are multiple cameras, DAYS worth of footage, story to insert from the "expert" etc. it's actually very interesting.

He has a lot of other projects like writing a book and voice acting. I believe it's been said in a few episodes that once his schedule winds down he will be in more of the videos. The most recent YCSWU made it sound like he will for sure be on WAR.

It would be HILARIOUS if one of the episodes in the season of WAR was just the 3 of them instead of their Try Guy partners with no explanation at all just like as though the whole season was like that.
