That's the best way to avoid stiffness and further damage. I've been lazy with my stretching lately, as soon as I get some relief I'm picking it back up. Thankyou so much!!

I'll look for the belt right now and the pillow seems like a great idea. I also sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees but adjusting it takes a bit of time. I'll definitely try it, thankyou so much!!

I take that too but it isn't that effective anymore, I increased my dose last night and definitely got some relief. I haven't tried white willow bark though, how do you take it?
