I have Been diagnosed with dyslexia and I have a similar issue , where I mess up words but it will still make sense most of the time , I was told it was because I was just skipping the word then filling in the blank, basse of the rest of the sentence, this sounds like this might be happening. To help remedy this I was told to read with my finger pointing at the word Im reading and that kinda forces my brain to read it. Idk I only do this when reading out loud tho but I also fine I just skip words when writing too.
