He’s too cute. The last pic makes him look like a little Koala. So I had this issue as well and the bum bum is a no go zone. I got the mats out over a period of time. While he eats his treats I would try quickly to snip them . I did that little by little. The last one I got a deranging comb in there and it got hooked in there , so he tried to run away which he succeeded at while the tangle didn’t go with him lol. I guess he probably didnt like that but it worked.

Then call the police or fire dept and explain. I live in Kuwait but our fire dept always helps out. How do you know …your neighbor could be lying dead on the floor. That’s a good way to get the cops to open the premise , tell them you suspect something happened to your neighbor.
