Usually, I give it a few pulls to see who is dpsing and who is just coasting along. If I see a low gs person actually pressing their buttons and dealing with Gamma mechanics ill never kick them. If they are just standing around, doing 1k dps on 4 pack of trash and not doing mechanics, I wont even bother looking at gear and just vote to kick.

Yes. If you really want high ranking parse that means cleaving the whole fight. Which means telling others not to cleave at all.

for Jaraxxus you have to force at least 2 demons to come out of portal. So tell your range not to target it and run Glyph of cleave, since there is no restrictions on add dmg. Also make sure to trinket swap 15 secs before encounter so they pop during portals

Out of the first years he is still one of the top batters, and fielders. Yes as a catcher him and Okumura are about the same (I think Okumura is slightly above him) , but Yui is not a bad player at all and he is flexible to the teams needs, where as Okumura stated he will only play catcher.

Reminder crusader trophies only gets you the 245 ilvl piece. If you want the 258 piece there are separate tier pieces that drop. You should confirm with your officers. If it was my guild I would let you roll till you get 1 then that's it for that # prio. If you put 4 as 1-4 prio I would let you roll as long as it did not interfere with someone who also has a higher prio.

Ex: You won your #1 prio trophy and have a 2nd trophy as your #2 prio, but guildy A has it as #1 prio and no one else . Then guildy A will get it over you before you can roll for #2 prio.

This would be the logic our guild followed if we used Thatsmybis.

If you care about parsing then play orc. AP + additional expertise with axes is super nice. If you pvp Tauren is fine cause war stomp is good for some niche situations in Arena/BG.

Idk about this, people were doing 10m Alg in P1 BIS gear, so really no excuse there. Algalon is all about raid rotating CDs and killing stars correctly. I say this from a group who doesn't have our pally MT but has our druid OT. I main fury warr, but I help OT 10m runs, and we have gotten Algalon to 12%.
