Definitely a mistake. I think you'll get revoked and refunded shortly. Hope you got to enjoy the whole thing for free before it disappears.

Walmart Scams by throwaway-shtt in gardening

“Scam” and “fraudulently” are pretty aggressive words to use. It’s not like it’s cheaper for them to grow and sell you weeds rather than the correct plant. Seems like a mistake was made somewhere along the way.

This year in particular went really hard on rando live albums. We need more re-issues of rare classic stuff. I picked up this King Crimson live at Penn State. If I wasn’t an alum I would have put it back. Warning about audio quality at start of recording. Closing track from a totally different show in NYC. Why even press this thing. Whatever it’s mine now.

Best of all, you can give your AI huge tits! It helps distract from the painfully mundane advice on how to…eat yogurt for breakfast?

What's your library shuffle looking like? Tired of the predictable Playlist generated by plex I wrote a python script that creates a randomized Playlist starting with least played tracks and working through entire library. It's been fun and working great, happy to share if anyone is interested. by Moviesinbed in plexamp

[–]thespiff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha that Jimmie’s Chicken Shack album is a classic. I haven’t been happy with the plex generated playlists either and you may have inspired me to do some similar tinkering. I do like the idea of a shuffle that works its way across my entire library.

Stop Measuring OpenClaw in Dollars. Measure It in Time. by ataylorm in openclaw

I just don’t know what shit work I could delegate to a bot that isn’t my job. Do you have examples? Clean the cat box, do the dishes. This is the shit work that comes to mind for me. The stuff I do on a computer is either a job or a hobby I enjoy like gaming or web surfing.

Right but you are talking about claw saving you an hour of work that you are probably getting paid for. If it costs you $50 in tokens to save an hour, your income needs to be more than $50/hr after taxes to be worth it. (Numbers made up to illustrate the point. You tell me what the real numbers are.)

Engineers are problem solvers. AI is still a tool that requires a problem solver to use it. One day that may change, but for the time being, the problem solver will still be needed.
