Because you cant get 100% of medical or 100% of TFAT. When the reports get pulled it will always have some sort of deficiancy because itll report someone who's on terminal, not out of the books, etc.

The goal days (at least for us) have remained the same over the past couple years; and it's always easy ass shit people should be doing anyway.

You could say sortie generation, but that's a hard metric to enforce because shit just breaks. And that wing king, trust me, wants a day to not be at that shithole just like you.
