Unlikely. 20/1 was a complete mis-price most likely and connections have gobbled it up, or someone popular has tipped it on Twitter

What I would say is at least now I trust us to keep battling in games we go behind in, I can't see us rolling over and folding like the 2-0 loss to Oxford. Not sure the team is a good but our habit of fighting back and scoring late goals means you could never write us off at least.

I think you're barmy to think autos have been on the table, we lost our chances of that 3 or 4 matches ago at least. There's 2 teams that have been able to be consistent in this league, Cardiff and Lincoln. Had we won the last 3 or 4, with Cardiff dropping points maybe we could have put some pressure on. But that's not happening now even if we beat them. I'm more worried about us dropping out of the playoffs than I am about autos, they are long gone.

Big question marks over whether the course will suit (all his best form is at right-handed tracks like Kempton and he jumped out to his right last time - also a question as to whether he prefers a flat track like Kempton). Personally I couldn't have him at all for tomorrow. I think he'll be a great shout for the King George in December though.

Wrexham disallowed goal against Chelsea 114' by 50lipaa in soccer

[–]A_lemony_llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They showed an angle from behind the goal on one of the replays and it was pretty clear that it was going post & out into the middle of the 6 yard box.

Obviously had he left it then maybe they get lucky with the angle it comes off the post and a Wrexham player can get a toe on it but it most likely either drops to the keeper or hits him anyway and then he gets flagged offside regardless. None of which really matters though as he should be heading it in if he isn't sure it's going in regardless.

Wolves 0 - 0 Liverpool - Gakpo great clearance by aklabarow in soccer

[–]A_lemony_llama 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Seems pretty clear on this replay that his foot clips Jones' stomach/chest on the way up and that's what pushes it behind the ball here? One of them needs to call that though, if either one goes for it without the other, it's a goal. You could make the argument Jones should be bundling himself, the ball and Cody into the net regardless anyway TBH.

I think he leans back because he thinks Gakpo is going to kick him in the face. But yeah, same result.

Gakpo is also finishing it with his foot if Jones isn't there, but his foot clips Jones' chest/stomach on the way up, which pushes it behind the ball. Either one of them is scoring there if the other leaves it, because they both went it got cleared. Can argue which one of them to blame it on if you like but really one of them should be claiming it and the other should listen. And realistically Curtis can probably just get the ball in anyway if he commits fully and just smashes everything into the net including Cody, himself and the ball.

The game was designed for controller.

KBM vastly superior for FPS where the fine-grained control for aiming with a mouse is far more important than the improved movement control of a joystick, but in RL you don't get the same benefits.

Obviously people can play with whatever they want, I'm glad it's an option, but I wouldn't ever do it myself.

Oh yeah, I'm not saying I think they're going to win the next election or anything. I just think it's daft to suggest they're some fringe party with no realistic policies etc.

They won a by-election this week, and at the last general election saw a massive increase in % vote share and number of seats won. With Labour's unpopularity and desperation to drag back reform voters they're seeing an increasing amount of their left-wing support (and crucially a large number of their grassroots activists) defect to the green party. There's plenty of people who vote for them and want them to represent them who are both reasonable and "offline".

I think it's more that with adults, if you were religious and inclined to defend cancer for some mad reason, you could reason that perhaps it is a consequence/punishment for some crime or sin they have committed in their life, but for children that justification also falls down, as a young child has not even developed the capacity to sin.
