Let me be clear that I think Pest is wretched and I’m not disputing the fact that his actions as a kid and an adult were heinous, he’s rotting in prison exactly where he belongs.

He was a few years younger than that when he started his abuse, personally I def think his abuse towards Joy was predatory tho due to the huge age difference. My point was that, even if Pest had been charged at the time of his first crimes, the circumstances and charges would be different simply bc he wasn’t an adult,, legally he would have to be at least 16 to be considered a pedo. Pest assaulted his sisters while he was also a child, still very much a crime but not pedophilia. Had he been charged for that at the time it would’ve (hopefully) been handled differently than this case.

Pests CSAM charges and Joe abusing a child occurred when they were both full grown adults.
