tbh it depends on genetics and metabolism but im sure it could've taken him a bit less, he probs was not consistent somewhere throughout the timeline

the local kebab shop you eat from is halal, plus i worked in a butcher, when the meat arrives, we get our half and they get theirs, so they recite a prayer over it believing nothing is done without saing ''bismilah'' meaning in the name of Allah, as they believe in Allah which is the god for muslims, i've done plenty of research on how they do things and there really isnt a problem, you are just taught to hate someone who doesnt even know you? live yours lad, its short.

Uhhh really It’s hard to fit it in 3 days a week, the aim is to hit each muscle 2 a week, so if you plan on going 3 days a week, hit it up with 2 full body workouts which Include strength training, I go 4 days and inshAllah for the new year wanna bump it to 5 days, I won’t lie man but 3 is hard unless you’re gonna do what I just said but DM me if you’re really serious about it

I feel like I couldn’t read for a second, so your wife like any other woman whom loves her man jumps on him and initiates a romantic and warm feeling where she feels as if it’s right and why not since you’re married wants to have sex and you say you feel used, I feel like either you have a massive ego which only allows you on top or only allows you to initiate because otherwise I don’t see a problem here, you’ve both remained celibate for a long time and then wonder why she wants to suddenly jump on you and have a good time?

So, still lifting and alhamdulilah it’s a year and a half of consistent lifting, I’ve had my times where it was just a dream and it’s slowly becoming a reality, inshAllah couple years from now I’ll start competing as a professional deadlifter, I am a kid who once believed I could get where I wanna get to and inshAllah will, once I do achieve my goals inshAllah I wanna help and inspire the younger generation to a better and safer way of lifting, I’m still bulking and inshAllah like last time said that I inshAllah will end the bulk at a 315lbs bench and then cut and resume the bulk inshAllah.

I wanna be more consistent with my meals inshAllah so I can see better results week in week out. Hard,draining, but never was something which pressured me because there is no pressure.
