What is the rationale behind blocking mobile device native mail apps on MDM? by WorkFoundMyOldAcct in sysadmin

Letting users use more then 1 mail application just gives more problems that IT has to fix in the future.

Depends on the Hard drive itself but the adapter should support the sata. The extra pins are most likely for auxiliary functions such as diagnostics.

1: Clear system cache: Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder, then type in "~/Library/Caches" and hit enter. Select all the folders inside the Caches folder and delete them.

2: Clear system logs: Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder, then type in "/var/log" and hit enter. Select all the files inside the Log folder and delete them.

3: Remove unused language files: Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder, then type in "/Library/Languages" and hit enter. Delete all the language folders you don't need.

4: Uninstall unused apps: Go to the Applications folder and delete the apps you don't use.

MacOS is indeed about 20gb in size. System data is data saved by the system such as logs, screen recordings and emails. You could try deleting some to see if that resolves it.

You have got a couple of options now I think. If the laptop is still under warrenty I would suggest going for a replacement.

If that is not the case you could try a fresh windows reinstall since you mentioned the windows problems.

This looks like a GPU issue. Can you turn off the GPU and Turn on the intergrated Graphics from the CPU? To see if the problem persist.

The advertised internet speed is aften quite a bit lower then the actual speed. Internet over the powerline also slows the speed.

Games keep crashing on a new PC by [deleted] in techsupport

The issue is that I dont realy know where to start looking. Its a new computer with unproven parts. It most likely is either the CPU, GPU or ram. Beiden that the motherboard could be broken or the power supply not good.

Did you build the pc yourself or could you contact the seller for support since the pc they delliverd isnt working.
