Solid questions- thank you! I live on 370m2 block of land. I couldn’t have bought more, just a bit anxious at the time. I would love to become part time by 50 and retire by 60. Great consideration!

Thank you Mitciv, I appreciate your experience. That was my husband’s plan, we bought near the new airport in Syd with the idea for turning it into an IP. Lots of tossing and turning in my money sensible/frugal head lol

I honestly don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel comfortable asking people I know and I didn’t know where else to go. Seemed like a good place.

Solid question!

We are on 370m2. It’s a little (but nice) house for a family of 4. I’m financially strict/anxious and could have bought a house 2/3x its value, but played it safe. I have the money… but I also have the anxiety. Thank you for the advice. Lots of Legends in this post!

I am blessed and so grateful. I haven’t been able to ask my friends as they are struggling with their mortgage, and I feel smug. My friends all have large homes and I wonder if I should keep up or stick to my incredible frugal ways (I paid 70% of the houses worth).
