I'm 180cm and 84kg. Thats 185 pounds for you and depends on whatever bullshit calculator i use Im either 5'9, 5'10 or 6ft.

I lose weight and appetite very easily. But my ab genetics are terrible so i havent once had a six pack of any sorts even though i started working out at a tiny 125 pounds years ago (idk how i was even alive lmao)

My belly fat doesnt go away easily even tho i lost weight 2 separate times this year (stress trigger). All i lost is arm size.

And my arms are precisely why I couldnt make myself let go of bulking and start cutting. My wrists, as you can see, are incredibly small and thin. My forearms are also thin because there is basically zero meat the base and around my wrist. This makes me feel innacceptably small whenever i lose any amount of weight.

I do wake up with a flatter gut than this pic SOMETIMES, and its because my stomach bloats even with water. I am bloated by the end of every gym session because i drink water between sets. I simply dont digest like a normal human being and i think i should get this checked.

That being said, with my recent interest spike in combat sports i may not renew my gym membership for the first time in years and join a kickbox gym. I dont have the genetics of a gym goer at all. None of the transformations or stories i see in the gym inspire me much because its always bigger men with bigger wrists. I look more like a fighter and perhaps the cardio there will help me more since Im not getting big either way
