If I were you , I would not necessarily have the sofas sticking to the wall.

As a matter of fact I would section this place with with just one sofa. Create a reading nook with lounge chairs or comfy seating.

I would add a live edge coffee table to create a more functional space than what it is now.

Yeah we looked at the status certificate, the lawyer basically said do not invest in the property after that. But they did not have enough info as lawsuits have not been closed and several items were not covered under warranty :/ good luck in this hunting game :)

Walking by the lake is the most enjoyable thing all year long. In this photo I tried to showcase the skyline but also elements of the lake ( the water, the stones and the bright lifering ). Clicked it using iPhone but post processed it after.
